The Red River Racing Team is a non-profit racing organization dedicated to helping athletes around the country to achieve their Canoe and Kayak racing dreams!

Our gear, trips, and camps are mostly funded through donations and classes taught through the Power Olympic Outdoor Center in San Marcos, Texas.

The Olympic Development Program seeks to introduce kids to Olympic ideals and help them to become healthy, happy, confident athletes.

This year is an Olympic Year, and Red River Racing has two Athletes, Ben Kvanli and Mark Poindexter who are gearing up for their shot.  Ben and Mark will compete in the Olympic Team Trials in Charlotte, North Carolina April 25-27th!

Red River Coach, Michelle Kvanli is gearing up for this year’s National Championships at the Adventure Sports Center International, after recovering from a shoulder injury!

Our Junior Olympic Developement Team is working hard to get ready for this summer’s racing season.  At Springsfest April 4-6th, they will be working to qualify for the Junior Olympics which will be in Wausau, Wisconsin July 6-13th!

We will also be having a Silent Auction to help our Junior Olympians at this year’s Springsfest!  If you would like to donate any items to the silent auction, please contact Michelle@redriverracing.org!
